Dr. Raul Villalobos and Elizabeth Villalobos were sentenced Tuesday by U.S. District Court Judge Frank Montalvo.
Each was also ordered to retaliate a $217,000 fine. “We are relieved that Judge Montalvo did not rap them to prison,” said Jim Darnell’s, one of their lawyers. The decision came after the link pleaded sheepish to various charges in April.
