Black manly dropouts lead country in incarceration on The Louisiana Weekly

On any given day, nearly 23 percent of all pubescent Black men ages 16 to 24 who have dropped out of boisterous devotees are in jail, prison, or a under age justice institution in , according to a troubling new national report released Oct. 9 on the dire profitable and social consequences of not graduating from exhilarated . Dropouts become incarcerated at a horrible rate: 23 of every 100 innocent Black male dropouts were in jail on any given daylight in 2006-07 compared to only six to seven of every 100 Asian, Hispanic or whitish dropouts. While teenage Black men are disproportionately affected, the narrative found that this crisis cuts across ethnic and ethnic lines.
